Witaj
Niejednokrotnie pytany czy nasze czujniki cofania a właściwie ich sensory można lakierować, postanowiłem napisać kilka zdań.
Od razu zastrzegam, że nie wiem jak u konkurencji ale my zezwalamy na lakierowanie naszych sensorów.
Należy jednak, zrobić to prawidłowo a mianowicie nie zalewając szczeliny.
Czujniki cofania wykrywają przeszkodę za pomocą ultradźwięków i każdy sensor jest jednocześnie mikrofonem jak i głośnikiem, inaczej odbiornikiem i nadajnikiem takich sygnałów. Zalewając lakierem ową szczelinę pozbawiamy sensor możliwości prawidłowego nadawania i odbierania ultradźwięków.

Jak to zrobić?
No cóż, nie jestem lakiernikiem, ale najlepiej zabezpieczyć czymś plastycznym i po lakierowaniu zabezpieczenie usunąć, lub po prostu polakierować całość ale bardzo cienką warstwą. Głównie chodzi o to aby nie zalać całego sensora gdyż wtedy nie będzie prawidłowo drgał.
Są też sensory które się rozbierają tak jak w czujnikach LOGIC:

Taki sensor dużo łatwiej polakierować bez obawy o uszkodzenie.
Co ważne, prawidłowo polakierowane sensory zachowują gwarancję, polakierowane wadliwie (zalane) niestety ja tracą.
